New stucture twelve state totally closed batch type rotating floor .
Vaccum feeding powder and capsule can be installed , which are controlled by the PLC touch screen , centralized operation and easy operation .

Five point Ajust device has been Simplified which make it easy to clean the powder and increase the working efficiency. Misplacement of module hole,increase the filling precision of powder,filling rod seat will occour big resistance when it working,in order to solve this problem,we have use the way of balance weight,to make sure the safe move of the machine.

Automatic switch-over and control the capsule blanking and decrease manually operation, keeping with GMP certrifiction.
Division box of RU180 which make sure steady and accurate transmission.
Adopt column porosity cleaning module and avoid power leave.
Arrangement mode of back and forth misplacement moulde could improve the filling accuracy of power.
